​We will not contact you regarding issues with your equipment unless you have an open, existing, ticket/case with us.  We will provide a unique case number to each case, and that number will be on your copy of the paperwork that you receive from us when your case is first opened.  We will verify the case number in the event that we contact you.

We ONLY service business clients located in the Denver Metropolitan area of Colorado, and we do not operate outside of the area or out of state. 

 

We do not own or operate any call centers, nor do we contract with any call centers. If you receive an unsolicited phone call or e-mail claiming that your computer is compromised, or that you are owed a "refund" for tech support services, and you do not have a business relationship with that entity, did not order any tech support services from said entity, or did not initiate contact to request a call back from said entity,  HANG UP THE PHONE, DELETE THE TEXT, OR DELETE THE E-MAIL.  If you have allowed the unauthorized party to connect with your machine, disconnect immediately, and contact us so that we can check to ensure that your machine is not compromised with malware or remote access tools.  If you have provided financial details, contact your credit card issuer or bank IMMEDIATELY.
